Cosmetic.Love Autumn Haul 2016~❤

안녕~

Hello everyone. Long time no seeeeeeeee~!!!(´ ▽ ` )ノ How are you all?! Gosh, it feels so nice to be creating this post!

Where have I been for the past year? (!!)

So many things have changed in the past year for me with so many ups and downs <丶´Д`>

I'm now a fully qualified Spa therapist & have been working at a local spa for the past few months after finally finishing college. I've been so busy with my new job & we are also in the process of selling a house with plans of renovating our own. It's been hectic!ㅠㅠ

At the spa I perform massage treatments, facials, nails, waxing & makeup. I did a bridal makeup which was so terrifying but went soooo well!!
One of the treatment rooms at work
Starting this job was pretty exhausting at first, the massages really took it out of me & I've been coming home just to go straight to bed. I never realised being a spa therapist would also be so emotionally exhausting for someone like me who is fairly introverted. But I'm really enjoying it~ (○´∀`○)

Because its been a long time since I last blogged, I'm going to ease myself back into it & share with you my recent beauty haul. I purchased these products from my ever beloved Cosmetic.Love.

Let's start with the skincare products~

Nature Republic Super Aqua Max Concentration Watery Cream Combination
I'm almost always loyal to one moisturiser which normally is my Garnier Moisture Match. But this cream for combination skin from Nature Republic has to be one of my favourites too. I was given this cream once & I was a bit unsure because I'm not the type to change up my routine - I'm pretty paranoid when it comes to new skincare products (=皿=;)
I gave in, gave it a try & gosh, I loved the formula! It's so cool & refreshing & calms down my skin after deep cleansing. My skin is combination-dry & this cream-gel is perfect for giving a burst of hydration to my skin whilst balancing out the oil production too.

It absorbs almost instantly but my skin still feels refreshed & moisturising too touch. Plus, it smells like a man. . . Like it has this floral cologne like scent that's not too overpowering & (luckily) dissipates once on the skin. It smells SO GOOD щ(゜∇゜щ) Guy fragrances always smell great don't they? haha

But anyways, after I finished the jar I  was just like REPURCHASE REPURCHASE.

This cream is available in three types.
Original Nature Republic Price:- 25000원
Cosmetic.Love Price:- £21.06/ $27.94 (HERE)

It's Skin Power 10 Formula WH Effector + PO Effector
I bought these two essences out of curiosity. I've hovered my cursor over them so many times but again my paranoia to new products lingered щ(ಥДಥщ) But I reeeeally wanted to try them but at the time my heart said yes but my skin was like noooooo  ;;

But I finally decided to purchase one but I then saw there is currently a Buy More Save More special offer (I love these Cosmetic.Love) so I chose two to cater to my skin concerns.

I chose the WH for its arbutin whitening properties. I do not have any specific dark areas like pigmentation but I do love a whitening product to brighten up my skin tone.
I chose PO for my pores. The PO formula claims to control sebum & minimises the appearance of open pores. The main ingredient being Houttuynia Cordata (Chameleon plant) which is amazing for purifying the skin. I do have a few open pores along on my nose so I'm looking forward to trying this essence.

There are quite a few essence to choose from that all cater to individual needs of the skin.
Original It's Skin Price:- 12000원
Cosmetic.Love Price:- £10.51/
$13.94 per bottle. (HERE)
I used the special offer & bought two bottles for £7.88 each.

Holika Holika Daily Garden Cleansing Foam Citron
Cleansers are probably the one skincare product that doesn't make me hesitant to try(´ω`) I'm obsessed with Korean foam cleansers. I mean strawberry cleanser, orange, pineapple, aloe vera, rice - They are so fun!
I bought this citrusy foam cleanser from Holika Holika on a whim & I already love it. It's nothing special but it does its job. My skin always feel so soft & my pores look cleaner & feel tighter after using it. It smells so zesty too!
The Citron cleanser is Fresh type - meaning it's ideal for oily/combination skin. There are three other types of this foam.
Bamboo - Soothing ideal for sensitive skin
Rice - Brightening dull skin
Camellia - Moisture dry skin.

Original Holika Holika Price:- 3500원
Cosmetic.Love Price:- £5.23/$6.94 (HERE)

TONYMOLY Kiss Kiss Lip Scrub
I recently ran out of my Lush lip scrub so I thought it was a good time to try out different lip scrubs out there. I've seen this Lip scrub eeeeeeverywhere on beauty blogs. I have done for years but never purchased until now.
This lip scrub does a good job of buffing my constantly dry-bitten lips but I feel its not as gritty as compared to my Lush ones. I like a scrub is be sliiiightly more abrasive (of course not to the point of scouring off my lips) (=ω=;) I personally wouldn't purchase this again but it is really cute~

Original TONYMOLY Price:- 5900원
Cosmetic.Love Price:- £4.31/$5.72 (HERE)

Secret Key Telling U CC Cream SPF50+PA+++
CC creams are probably my most favoured base makeup than a foundation. I feel CC creams rarely cake up on my skin as foundations normally do. I also prefer them because of the skincare benefits that go into a CC cream. This is my first time trying a Secret Key base product ヽ(゜∇゜)ノ  I tried this for the first yesterday & really loved it!! I'll be writing a review on this product for sure because I love it so much.
It has a three colour-capsule formula (black/red/yellow). The capsules burst when blended to adjust the cc cream to your skin tone.
Can you see the colour change? (。・ω・。)ノ This CC Cream has only one shade choice.
Original Secret Key Price:- 19000원
Cosmetic.Love Price:- £8.01/ $10.63 (HERE)

A'PIEU Pastel Blusher - VL01
Behold the sweetest blusher in the world. It's my first time trying A'PIEU blush but this is my third time using a lavender blush. I looove lavender-lilac blushes, I think its the most prettiest, most delicate colour ever (○´∀`○) I'm on the search for the perfect lavender blush so I had to purchase this.
L-R one swatch. Two swatches.
There are 10 shades from the Pastel range. One of which is a contour shade & one a highlighter. I'm actually thinking of buying a few other colours because they are so beautiful~ (ノ*^▽^)ノ CR01 & PK04 are just calling to me!
Original A'PIEU Price:- 6500원
Cosmetic.Love Price:-
£6.57/$8.72 (HERE)

Etude House Lovely Cookie Blusher - 07 Rose Sugar Macaron
The Lovely Cookie Blusher range is probably one of the most well known products from Etude. They have been around for ages & they are one of my favourites. Here of one of my reviews on the Strawberry Choux blush HERE
Sorry about the lip tint swatch on the left ㅠㅠ
The colour is a delicate rose pink with a soft gold pearl finish~ The blusher texture is not too chalky & just makes the skin look airbrushed. I love applying this on my upper cheeks & dusting it lightly on my cheekbones for a rosy highlight. The colour is easily buildable & works well for both day & evening makeup.
I cannot recommend the Loving Cookie range enough~! (ノ*^▽^)ノ

Original Etude House Price:- 6000원
Cosmetic.Love Price:-
£5.12/$6.75 (HERE)

The Face Shop Multi Stick - Pore Smoothing & Contour
I've been getting more & more into contour & highlight recently *-* I much prefer a creamy contour than powdered because my cheeks are dry & I wear moisturising bases - Plus I find cream much easier to blend!~
I found these really handy multi sticks from The Face Shop~! They are available in four different types:-
Moisture
Pore Smoothing
Highlighter
Contour
Contour swatch. You can also see the pore smoothing swatch on the far right.
The Contour is a light beige colour which really flatters my fair skin tone.
It's very creamy & hydrating but once blended has a natural matte finish on the skin. I prefer to contour my cheekbones & jawline first & then apply my CC/BB Cream on top for a more natural contour. For a more defined look you can apply it after your foundation. (´ω`)
The twist up stick makes application so quick & the formula is very easy to blend with both a beauty blender, brush & very easy to blend with your fingers if need be.

I chose the Pore Smoothing multi stick to prime & reduce the appearance of the pores along my nose. After I use the stick, my skin looks airbrushed & has a semi-matte finish.

I think these sticks are amazing & I am thinking of purchasing the highlight & moisture sticks too!~

Original The Face Shop Price:- 12000원
Cosmetic.Love Price:-
£4.31/$5.69 (HERE)

The Saem Saemmul Single Shadow Matte & Single Shadow Paste
Orange & corals are one of my faaaavourite eyeshadow colours to wear~ A subtle dab of it on the lids looks so delicate & sweet *-* & to top it off with a shimmer or glitter is the icing on the cake for my makeup (´∀`)
I've had my eye on The Saem shadows for a while so I picked these specific three colours that would all go well together into one daily look.
All one swipe swatch with no primer
I chose BR01 Smooth Milk Choco from the Matte range. It's a beautiful pink toned beige. The color payoff is so vibrant but this eyeshadow can easily be worn for both everyday & evening makeup~ The pink hue of it really goes well to add slight definition to a orange shadow without being too dramatic.

Next I chose from the Paste range. This range of eyeshadow feels like a moist powder.
I chose YE01 Honey Gelato - A reeeeally pretty golden yellow glitter. It really is such a beautiful shadow & depending on how you apply it; you can also pull it off on an everyday look.
Also from the Paste range, I chose OR01 Grapefruit Orange. This gorgeous shadow stole my heart. A betweener of orange & coral -  it is very vibrant & glittery (ノ*^▽^)ノ But again, can be used in everyday eye make.

I'm really impressed by these shadows - I think the pigmentation is fantastic. I don't feel the need to apply primer with these shadows & they last all day! Plus the packaging is nice too!

Matt Range
Original The Saem Price:- 4500원
Cosmetic.Love Price:-
£3.59/$
4.79 (HERE)
Paste Range
Original The Saem Price:- 6000원
Cosmetic.Love Price:-
£4.34/$
5.79 (HERE)

The side note. I also picked these three wearable colours to put into a personalised The Saem Palette:-
The Saem Shadow Container
ヽ(o`c′o)ノ But unfortunately, despite I got the correct The Saem shadows for the palette. . . They didn't fit <丶´Д`> I even removed the shadows from their cases but the metal pans did not fit.

Ah well, lesson learned. But the palette is really nice so I think I might actually decant other eyeshadows into it.

Original The Saem Price:- 5500
Cosmetic.Love Price:-
£4.14/$5.46 (HERE)

The Saem Beauty Eyelash 02 Clear Line
I always like to have a few pairs of falsies in my makeup cabinets - They are so handy for that final perfect touch to any makeup!~
I chose these eyelashes also from The Saem. They are really beautiful & natural in appearance. The hairs & lash band feel so soft~! I've yet to try them on but I look forward to it!
Original The Saem Price:- 2500원
Cosmetic.Love Price:- £2.62 /$3.46

The Saem Eyelash Adhesive
Even though the eyelashes come with glue already, I also chose The Saem Eyelash Adhesive~ I normally use DUO or Dolly Wink, but I like to experiment with different falsie glue ( ´∀`)☆
This glue from The Saem also can be used as double eyelid glue!

FACT TIME! Did you know I used to use double eyelid tape a while back? щ(゜∇゜щ) HAHA I actually used to use to even out my right eye so my ''gyaru'' eyelashes appeared even - But really it was just my terrible application of both the lashes & the tape OTL
Can you see the tape? Dear lord - These photos were from 2012!!!! I was definitely trying to challenge my inner gyaru with my Princess Mimi Chocolate Brown lens & my Diamond Lash with Dolly Wink lashes!!

Ah! Going off topic!
With The Saem glue, the double eyelid Y-Stick applicator is rather sharp so be careful using it with your delicate eyelids!

Original The Saem Price:-  3000원
Cosmetic.Love Price:- £2.87/$3.79 (HERE)

Etude House Oh~ M'Eye Line - 03 Brown
I also bought this liquid dip eyeliner form Etude House. I have this eyeliner in black but I tend to wear brown on a daily basis so I chose this one instead! I love this eyeliner - The brush is so soft & you draw really precise lines. The colour is a dark chocolate brown that dries quickly & lasts aaaall day~!

This eyeliner is available in black, grey & brown.
Original Etude House Price:-  4000원
Cosmetic.Love Price:- £3.87/$5.11 (HERE)

Innisfree Soy Essence Curling Mascara
I loved Innisfrees' mascaras, they've never let me down~ I picked this curling mascara with black bean extract that will care for my poor lashes as well as give them a curling boost~
I picked this mascara specifically for its teeny wand! Look how thin & tight the bristles are:-
Innisfree on the LEFT. Collection 2000 Pump Up The Volume on RIGHT.
I've yet to try this on my eyes but I hope it will be as good as my other Innisfree mascaras.

Original Innisfree Price:-  10,000
Cosmetic.Love Price:- £10.57/$13.94 (HERE)

Secret Key Choco Smudge Eyebrow - Milk Choco
Despite I have a fringe, I love to do my brow makeup! ヽ(゜∇゜)ノ Sometimes I just use a light brown pencil to fill in my brows. But other times if I'm lazy I will use a brow mascara! They are so quick & easy to use to create defined full brow makeup that'll stay put all day.
I normally use the Etude House Colour My Brow in Light Brown but wanted a change so I tried Secret Key instead.
The colour looks quick striking but depending how you apply it, you can easily create natural brows~

The formula dries quickly & hugs each brow hair in place without appearing too dry/clumpy. The formula contains a veeeery slight shimmer so the brows do not appear flat for a natural appearance.
Milk Choco fits my current hair colour well. It's a perfect shade for blonde & light brown hair. There is also Dark Choco available for dark hair.

Original Secret Key Price:-  9000
Cosmetic.Love Price:- £4.56/$6.02 (HERE)

I swear every package I get from Cosmetic.Love, my cursor accidentally adds more lip products щ(ಥ∀ಥщ) Lip tint & lipstick-balms are my faaaavourite!
I picked three different products from two brands A'PIEU & Aritaum.

First lip product is the A'PIEU Jelly Marmalade in 01 Apple
This little cute bugger leaked all over the flipping place when I first got it щ(ಥДಥщ) Luckily only a tiny bit leaked out but not without staining my other new lip product boo!

The colour is a red-orange that is wearable for both day & evening makeup. It creates perfect lively gradient lips for my daily makeup. The formula is does have a watery jelly texture & even when it dries completely, the lips still feel hydrated. Oh! Plus it smells delicious just like cherry candy despite its name. I plan to make a review for this very soon.

Original A'PIEU Price:-  3800
Cosmetic.Love Price:- £5.20/$6.86 (HERE)
Next lip product is the Aritaum Style Pop Pudding Tint -01 Polka Pink
This is the poor victim of tint stain violence from criminal Jelly Marmalade Tint  AKA THE KILLER APPLE <丶´Д`>
This lip tint has a hydrating milky formula & gives the lips a hydrating pop of pink. The more coats you apply, the stronger & more vivid the colour. This lip tint really moisturises the lips & does not cling to dry patches.
The scent of this lip tint smells lovely & floral - I reminds me of the SKIN79 BB Cleanser foam!

Original Aritaum Price:-  5000
Cosmetic.Love Price:- £5.00/$6.60 (HERE)

Next lip product is a liptint-balm - Aritaum Jelly Bar in 03 Jealous Red
This is my favourite out of the three products. Really hydrating & smooth with a beautiful rosy red-pink gloss finish. I'm definitely creating a review on this beauty so thats why this is short & sweet - I absolutely looove it! (○´∀`○)

Original Aritaum Price:-  9500
Cosmetic.Love Price:- £8.27/$10.91 (HERE)

L-R Jelly Marmalade in Apple. Pudding Tint in Polka Pink. Jelly Bar in Jealous Red.
L-R Jelly Marmalade in Apple. Pudding Tint in Polka Pink. Jelly Bar does not leave much in a way of a stain.

Etude House My Beauty Tool Brushes
These eyeshadow brushes from Etude House - Gosh. These babies are the best~! Everytime I buy from Cosmetic.Love, I like to pop a few of these beauties in the cart.
The brush hairs are so soft & fluffy, yet dense enough to pack on & blend in shadow.

You can find these brushes HERE for reasonable prices. I believe I paid just under £5.00 for the eye brushes.
Peter Parker Pickled Pepper is my brush guardian. ヽ(o`c′o)ノ
        ●♡●
 A'PIEU Non-latex Blending Puffs - 1pc & 4pc
Final items I purchased was these beauty blender puffs. I find myself now, not coping without atleast the help of a blender to really perfect & set my base makeup. I've used the real deal blenders but I wanted to find cheaper alternatives.
These puffs from A'PIEU really amaaaazing quality - Soft & dense quality. They always help my makeup look natural even if I use a heavy coverage foundation.

I first purchased a single puff for £3.93/$4.79 (HERE) but ended up liking the puff so much, I bought the 4piece set above for £10.11/$12.32 (HERE)

These a such a purse friendly alternative~ (○´∀`○)

Finally, upon finally. Samplesss - Cosmetic.Love always give out samples with each purchase. I'm looking forward to trying out the Innisfree Green Tea Serum since I loved the Green Tea Oil from the line (Review HERE)

So that was my Autumn haul at Cosmetic.Love!~ They are my most favourite store to purchase from. I've been purchasing from them for years & I cannot recommend them enough

I hope you all enjoyed this post - I know I've been gone for a long time but it's just been crazy.
I hate to leave this post on the sad note but remember how excited I was to tell you all I was getting a hamster - My Oatmeal in 2014?

My beautiful chubby ball-of-fluff Oatmeal passing after having him for two years
It might sound so iffy to some as he was just a hamster, but the death of my Oatmeal reeeeeally got me down - He passed away in my hands after I found him acting rather dozy & struggling to hold himself up. My poor baby. I cuddled & kissed him as he took his last little breath.

I hope he knew he was a well loved & spoiled hamster & that my angel has plenty of treats up there!

I hope you have a lovely day~! Lots of Love <。`ω´。>

  3. Nice to see you're back! Congrats on the new job and I'm really sad to hear that your little pet friend passed away. :( I'm actually worried about my best friend's dog, lately he has really been showing signs of getting old (he's 13) like not wanting to eat etc and yeah, I fear he might not stay around for much longer... ;_;
